The Kapampangans call this "Bulaklak Mete" or "Flowers of the Dead"..
We have a lot of that here in Pampanga..
Hehhe in our place this flower is known as otot-otot hehehhe smelly flower...Happy MYM!
I have no idea, so I vote we call it Pippa...

it's cute and I remember when I was a kid we called that flower as bulak sa otot otot, hehehhee.
