Dr Seuss

I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient
in living, It's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope.
Which is what I do, And that enables you to laugh at life's realities.

Sometimes the questions are complicated and the answers are simple.

The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you
learn, the more places you'll go.

Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting. So... get on your way.

Cause you never can tell, what goes on down below! This pool might be bigger, than you or I know.
Step with care and great tact.

You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer
yourself in any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you
know. You are the guy who'll decide where to go.

Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened.
I'm thirtyish and I still read Dr. Seuss and watched "How The Grinch stole Christmas". I guess he wakes the kid in me.

Dropping by from Harriet's :)

I still love Dr. Seuss too... hopefully we'll never outgrow him! The Cat in the Hat is my all-time favorite... and I love lil Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Thank goodness for kids and grandkids who give us an "excuse" to keep reading and watching Dr. Seuss.
