Sensational Haiku~Comfort Zone

The basics:

Haiku is simple! It is 3 non-rhyming lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables respectively (a great way to use your fingers!)

This week’s theme is: Comfort Zone

We live in  state
of inertia until poked
to flight or fight, yes?

Next week’s theme: Renovation

I couldn't work out how to comment for ages - I'm still half asleep this morning!

Sometimes it is easy to remain in a state or inertia.

I am ready to be prodded out of my comfort zone. This was great!

I've found my state of inertia is challenged to say the least. I can feel a change coming, but honestly, I don't know what it is! I'm sure I'll haiku about it though ;)

Great one!

Yes, it's true. The question though is what is your reaction? Flight or fight?
Great haiaku!

Those of us who can't run, need to learn to fight.

I am generally more of a fight than flight person, but overall I seem to prefer my inertia these days!

Amazing haiku! Wow!

Fight or flight . . . science rules!

Inertia can be
Momentum: you in motion.
That's what Newton said.

Cheers!
